About G Training Health & Fitness
G Training started off in a garage and backyard of Steve. G’s house. People wanted to train and train HARD. Health & Fitness was the theme. It evolved from there starting with 6 Week Challenges. As we grew, we identified a need within the community. Identifying fitness, nutrition and emotional needs as a holistic approach, G Training has developed effective programs to meet the needs of the Alice Springs community.
Managing behaviours and emotions through a fitness based therapeutic approach, G Training Health & Fitness aims to provide a range of health and wellbeing programs to adults and young people, including group fitness classes, mentoring, nutrition and counselling to the community of Alice Springs.
