Boxing
Our Boxing classes are High Intensity sessions where we provide a wide variety of activities to keep the entire body burning fat and calories throughout the session. These sessions cater for ANY fitness levels as you are encouraged to move at your own pace. The coach/trainer is there to guide you to get the most from you during these sessions.
Some people that complete these sessions have burnt up to 1,200 calories in one session. You only get out what you put in.
