Sparring is a class for people wanting to practice boxing skills and the art of boxing. Sparring will be under guidance of our boxing coaches and mentors within the training centre.
Our boxing classes are high intensity sessions where we provide a wide variety of activities to keep the entire body burning fat and calories. These sessions cater for ANY fitness level, as you are encouraged to move at your own pace. The coach/trainer is there to guide you to get the most from you during these sessions. Some people that complete these sessions have burnt up to 1,200 calories in one session. You only get out what you put in.
HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training involving a wide variety of activities to keep the entire body burning fat throughout the 24-48 hours after the session has finished.
A boxing program for 8–12yr olds. This is a program for young people to learn boxing skills, but to also learn other aspects of life within a safe environment with qualified boxing coaches and trainers. Our youth programs have qualified boxing coaches/trainers with current Ochre Cards and Police Checks.
